MIX
Combine ingredients for coleslaw and dressing. Mix well. Let chill in the refrigerator for one hour.

WRAP
Add smoked pork, coleslaw mix, and Country Bob's Original Barbecue Sauce to each eggroll wrapper. Wrap and seal with water. -
FRY
Heat the oil to 350 degrees. Fry egg rolls until golden brown.
