Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven

For this recipe, we are cooking the ribs in the oven. Preheat the oven to 250°F.

  2. Prepare the Ribs

Remove the membrane from the bottom of the ribs before seasoning.

  3. Season and Bake

Place ribs in a shallow dish and season with your favorite BBQ seasoning. In the bottom of the dish add the water and apple juice. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 3 hours.

  4. Make the Sauce

While the ribs are in the oven, make the sauce by combining Country Bob's Sweet Honey BBQ Sauce with soy sauce and minced jalapeño.

  5. Coat and Finish Cooking

Once the ribs have finished baking, remove the foil and dispose of any excess liquid. Coat the ribs with the prepared sauce, leave them uncovered, and return to the oven for 30 minutes.

  6. Cool and Serve

When the ribs are done, let them cool for 8 minutes. Then they are ready to eat!
