1

In a small sauce pot mix all ingredients (except ham) and simmer until hot and well mixed.

2

Place ham directly on grill. Baste with sauce every 30 minutes for 2 hours.

3

Set temp to 180 degrees and give the grill about 10 minutes to reach temperature.

4

Place everything directly onto the grill and just let it hang out in the smoke and get happy for 30 minutes or so. Referred to as “Smoking” or “Hot Smoking”, the temperature is 180 degrees (84c). 30 minutes of smoking is not enough to have much cooking effect on your meat but it is enough to open the pores so that the meat can pick up all the flavor of the smoke.

5

After 30 minutes, turn the Temperature Control up to 350 degrees (174c).

6

When the Cranberry Mustard Glazed Ham reaches an internal temp around 140 (55c), about 2 hours pull it off, cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
