Make sure to have an extra bottle of All Purpose Sauce out on the table.
Flatten ground chuck in a gallon ziplock bag. Cut edges of bag and open.
Sprinkle with Seasoning Salt and All Purpose Sauce.
Add Onions, red and green bell peppers (cheese if desired).
Repeat process with pork sausage.
Roll into a log. Wrap or weave with bacon.
Grill at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
Baste with All Purpose Sauce and grill 15 additional minutes.
Remove from grill and cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
Cut into serving sized slices.
There are several recipes online similar to this one. Some call it a Bacon Explosion. The ground chuck one could also be called a cheeseburger fatty.
