Instructions

  1. Prepare the Kabobs

    If using bamboo skewers, soak in water to prevent burning on the grill

    Cut sirloin steak (or other similar cut) into bite size pieces

    Put the steak into a resealable bag with Country Bob’s Marinade for at least 30 minutes

    Dry excess moisture from the steak, and put pieces onto your choice of vegetables onto the moistened skewers.

  1. Grill the Kabobs

    After wiping your grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking, heat your grill to medium high heat

    Grill the kebabs on each side two to three minutes or until your desired temperature. 130 to 135 for medium rare. Rest for five minutes.
