
Roasted Cauliflower
Description
The BEST roasted cauliflower! Amazingly crispy-tender, golden-brown with a spicy, tangy sauce. This is the perfect side dish for any holiday meal.

Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a head of cauliflower in the center of a cast iron skillet.

Make the Sauce
In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, Country Bob’s AP Sauce, hot sauce, honey and BBQ sauce. Mix until well combined.

Coat the Cauliflower
Pour the Country Bob’s AP mixture over the cauliflower and use a brush to push the sauce into the grooves and nooks of the cauliflower. Cover the pan with foil and put in the oven for 30 minutes.

Finish Roasting
Remove the foil from the Cauliflower and put back into the oven for another 20-30 minutes until cauliflower begins to brown and char on the edges.

Serve
Remove and cut into slices then top with chopped green onions to serve!
