Prepare the Steak
Preheat a cast iron pan to medium-high heat. Season the steak with Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt and garlic powder. Let the steak sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the Steak
Add 1 tbsp of butter to the pan and place the steak in. Cook the steak for about 2 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Turn the heat to medium-low and add the remaining butter. Baste the steak with butter on each side for another minute, then remove the steak and set aside. Let it rest for 3 minutes before cutting.
