Pork Chops on our Primo Grill for lunch? Yes, I think so! We also grilled some corn on the cob and a potatoes and onion dish on the side. This was a great lunch on a great grill. Primo definitely made things easy.

Pork Chops

Marinade chops by placing them in a large pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

You can also marinate using a resealable ziplock bag.

Turn bag frequently to distribute marinade.

Preheat grill for high heat. Remove chops from bag.

Place chops on the grill and add Seasoning Salt.

Grill pork chops for 5 to 7 minutes per side, add Seasoning Salt after turning.

You can also baste with additional marinade after turning.

Remove from grill when done and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

And don’t forget to have that bottle of All Purpose Sauce handy while eating!
