Crispy Potato Roast

Prep Time20 minsCook Time1 hr 30 minsTotal Time1 hr 50 mins

Tender and crispy potato slices seasoned with salt, pepper, thyme, a small amount of olive oil and butter. Oh, then there’s the Country Bob’s and bacon; need I say more? Though this bakes for quite some time, it was very simple to make and requires very few ingredients.
