Time to retire the standard hot dog condiments. These Elote (a.k.a. Mexican Street Corn) Dogs are so unique and delicious, your barbecue guests will be shocked that they're actually eating hot dogs.

In a small bowl combine half a tbsp of Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt, 1 tsp of ground red pepper or cayenne, the mayo, the AP Sauce, and the juice from the lime. Mix this together until it’s well combined.
Grill the corn on medium high until it has some grill marks. Once the corn is done and cooled off, carefully stand it up in a bowl and use a sharp knife to cut the corn off the cob. Toss the corn in the other half of the seasonings. Set the corn aside.
Grill the hot dogs to desired liking. Feel free to toast the buns as your hot dogs are cooking.
Once everything has been cooked, assemble your hot dog then top it with the seasoned corn mixture. Sprinkle with crumbled cheese, drizzle your Country Bob’s spicy mayo and top with some chopped cilantro then enjoy!
