
Mushroom Swiss Steakhouse Burger

Prepare the Mushroom & Onion Topping

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and butter, letting the butter melt completely.

Add the diced onions and cook for about 2 minutes until they begin to soften.

Stir in the sliced mushrooms and continue to cook for 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and browned.

Add the minced garlic and salt, pepper, and garlic rub. Cook for another minute, stirring frequently.

Pour in Country Bob’s All-Purpose Sauce, stirring well to coat the mushrooms and onions. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside.

Cook the Burger Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Season both sides of each patty with the salt, pepper, and garlic rub.

Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness, or adjust to your preferred level.

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and cover the grill or pan to help the cheese melt.

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun.
