Reverse seared, juicy, and full of flavor tri-tip recipe.

Start your pellet grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established. Set the temperature to 225° F.

Trim any excess fat off of the tri-tip and add Country Bob's Seasoning Salt

Place tri-tip on the grill grate and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 130° F. This should take 1 to 1-1/2 hours.

When tri-tip reaches 130° F, pull off the grill and wrap in foil. Set aside, turn the grill up to 500° and close the lid until the grill heats up.

When grill comes to temperature, remove Tri-Tip from foil and sear for 4 minutes on each side.

Pull off the grill and allow to rest for 10-15 mins. Slice against the grain and enjoy!
