Stuffed Peppers

We got a call from someone looking for an old recipe from years ago. So I went searching for our incredible Stuffed Pepper recipe that is simple and delicious. Set up your crockpot or your instant pot, go to work, and come home to enjoy a healthy hearty meal.

Country Bob's stuffed peppers

 6 medium green peppers
 1 lb ground beef, turkey, or chicken
 1 medium onion
 ½ cup uncooked rice
 ¼ cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce
 ¼ cup ketchup
 2 cloves garlic, minced
Cheese Sauce
 1 ½ cups cubed American Cheese
 10 oz can of Rotel diced tomatoes with chili's

Blanch peppers in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes and drain well.


Cook ground beef with onions and drain excess grease from the pan.


Cook rice, add to Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce, ketchup, garlic and meat mixture.


Stuff peppers with meat mixture.


Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

Cheese Sauce

Add Cheese with Rotel tomatoes in saucepan and heat till cheese is melted. Cheese sauce to be poured on peppers by each person according to taste.
