Deviled Eggs

Description

One of the Boys isn't keen on Deviled Eggs (*cough*, Nate), but even he said he'd be willing to give these devilish delicacies a taste.

Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs

    Place eggs in large saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

  2. Cool and Peel

    Immediately drain and run eggs under cold water to stop cooking. Peel eggs and halve lengthwise.

  3. Prepare the Filling
  4. Mix Ingredients

    Remove yolks and place in small bowl. Mash with a fork. Add remaining ingredients except seasoning salt and stir until thoroughly mixed.

  5. Fill and Season

    Spoon or pipe mixture into egg white halves. Top with seasoning salt.
