Meat Loaf
Description
I would do anything for the love of meatloaf, but I won’t do that meatloaf without Country Bob’s.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Combine Ingredients
Using a large mixing bowl, combine beef, eggs, cracker crumbs, Country Bob's Seasoning Salt, and pepper.

Add Wet Ingredients
Pour in milk, 1/2 cup of Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce, onion, and bell pepper.

Mix and Shape
Mix well. Shape into a loaf and place on a baking pan.

Add Sauce
Pour or brush the remaining 1/4 cup of Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce on top of the meatloaf.

Bake
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Rest and Slice
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and place on a serving plate. Let stand for several minutes before slicing.
